We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office Manager in Dublin City Centre. The candidate must be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail as well as very strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a busy, high volume hotel is essential for the position.
· Previous experience at Front Office Management Level
· Pre-opening experience highly desirable
· Excellent people management skills
· Ensure the smooth operation of the front office department
· Ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and hotel standards.
· To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times
· To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
· Carry out duty management shifts
· Manage and develop the front office and reservations teams.
Location – Dublin
Salary – €40k plus bonus
