Duties/Responsibilities

  • The management of day to day administration duties within the HR department
  • Managing the advertisement of relevant job roles/vacancies for various locations
  • Arrange and complete interviews for new candidates
  • Update the internal system with the relevant employee documentation
  • Manage the training schedule and schedule the subsequent induction for all applicants
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Issuing of ID badges to new employees
  • Monthly training audits to be completed to ensure the highest level of compliance
  • Scheduling appraisals and refresher training
  • Assist Operations Manager with distribution of staff communication and training letters
  • Updating of new starter and leavers on internal system
  • General Adhoc administration duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years administration experience in a HR department
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferable
  • Strong communication skills essential
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills
  • HR qualification desirable
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

Excellent package available for the right candidate. Salary €24-26k per year depending on experience. Position available immediately
