We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef for a restaurant in North County Dublin. This position is suited to a driven individual who wishes to move up the ladder in their career. This is a very unique opportunity to be a part of a very young, driven and ambitious team.

Salary Guide: €36,000 for the right candidate.

What we expect from our newest recruit?

  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience at similar level in a quality restaurant.
  • HACCP trained.
  • Knowledge and interest in Irish food culture and current trends.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and take control of situations as the arise
  • Aid the head chef on the managing of all kitchen duties.
  • Pastry and Bakery experience desirable.
