Chef Manager €35k (Dublin South)

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager for a busy unit in South Dublin. This role would be ideally suited to a Sous Chef who is looking to take the next step up in their career. This is a high volume unit that can offer quick progression within the role. This position is available for an immediate start.

Requirements:

  • HACCP trained
  • Previous experience leading a large team
  • Ability to work to a high standard in a high volume operation
  • A hands on leader who is comfortable delegating to their peers
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy restaurant
  • A good knowledge of the financial aspect of the business (Wage costs, waste management, ordering)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Chef Manager/Sous Chef
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eager to progress
  • Willingness to learn
  • Highly knowledgeable in HACCP and waste management
