Our client based in the Dublin 15 area is looking for several PPT driver to join their team. These positions are available immediately and require candidates to work between 35-45 hours per week. Shift will be Monday to Saturday and require candidates to work 7am to 3.30pm or 3pm to 11pm daily.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year warehouse based experience
  • Valid PPT licences are essential
  • Order picking experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Flexibility on start/ finish times
  • Transport would be an advantage
  • 2 work related references

Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays when required.

Salary: €11.40 plus 10% shift allowance for afternoon shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accounts Payable: Manage Accounts Payable Function. Processing Supplier invoices, checking pricing, requesting credits, checking statements. Processing month end payments including foreign currency.
  • Accounts Receivable: Responsible for Accounts Receivable Function entering receipts on system. Dealing with Invoice & POD queries. Making credit control calls /e-mails escalating accounts where required, monitoring credit limits. Carry out weekly invoicing, monthly statement run and month end procedures.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Monitor and control USD, STG and EURO accounts. Monthly bank reconciliation of our USD, STG and Euro and Visa Accounts. Reconciliation of Commercial Services account.
  • Inventory: On going costing of stock and month end variance analysis.
  • Payroll: Manage monthly payroll and ROS reporting.
  • Reporting: Monthly reporting of VIES & Intrastat and bi-monthly VAT Return on ROS. Prepare monthly Management accounts – Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Ad-hoc: Assist with Ad-hoc administration duties as required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Preferably Accounting Degree and/or pursuing ACCA, CPA qualification.
  • Strong IT Literacy to include Excel.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

We are currently recruiting a team of 10-30 cleaning operatives with experience to come and join our very well established client based in Dublin 24 and grow your career.

  • Carry out calibration of equipment as required

The Maintenance Manager’s goal is to work closely with the production team to provide effective support to equipment breakdown, manage the packaging maintenance technicians and manage the execution of the maintenance plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Aligns the team with the Maintenance vision, mission, strategies and goals.
